BEML Limited requires Engineer Trainees (ETs)/ Asst. Engineer Trainees (AETs)/ Management Trainees (MT-HR) for its various Manufacturing Units at Mysore, Bangalore, KGF, Palakkad and Marketing Division.

1. Engineer Trainees (ET) : 90 Posts
• Pay: Grade-II Rs.16400 - 40500)
• Age : 26 years as on 16.02.2011

2. Asst. Engineer Trainees (Grade-I) : 30 Posts
• Pay: Grade-I Rs.12600-32500
• Age : 26 years as on 16.02.2011

3. Management Trainees -HR (MT) : 10 Posts
• Pay: Grade-II Rs.16400 - 40500)
• Age : 28 years as on 16.02.2011
• Qualification : MBAor MSW/ MA(Social Work) or Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management or Equivalent qualification of 2 yrs full time course with specialisation in IR/ HR/ OB from a Univeristy or Institution recognised by UGC/ AICTE.

Qualification : For Engineer / Assistant Engineer Trainees : Full time regular Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Automobile/ Production Engg.from Univeristy or Institution recognised by UGC/ AICTE
